Protein-packed blueberry muffins

Make sure your breakfast packs a punch 🤜! These protein-packed blueberry muffins will have you ready to take on the day. Read below for the whole recipe 🐄 4 oz. Greek yogurt 🧂 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda 🧂 1/2 tsp. double acting baking powder 🥣 1 cup quick oats 🥤 3 scoops GNC Total Lean Shake 25, French Vanilla flavor 🥛 1/2 cup skim milk 🍬 4 Tbsp. sugar 🥚1 egg white 🥚 2 large whole eggs 💧 1 tsp. vanilla extract 💙 1 cup fresh blueberries . 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray. 2️⃣ Pour oats into a food processor and pulse until flour. 3️⃣ Transfer oat flour into a bowl and mix with dry ingredients. 4️⃣ Add wet ingredients to the food processor and pulse until blended. 5️⃣ Add the dry ingredients to the food processor and mix together! 6️⃣ Pour mix into the pan. Add 5~ blueberries to each placement. 7️⃣ Bake for 12-15 minutes. Once done, transfer to parchment paper to cool. 8️⃣ Enjoy! 😋
